Great job man. This is the first game that I found online that actually imitates the EBA series effectively. Too bad I don't have tablet computer though. The notes however where out of sync by approximately 1 to .5 seconds which through me off a bit as I play.
Nicely done it may not be a new idea but I like the upgrade idea and the level of increased difficulty as you play through. It also has a short learning curve which is good for a quick game such as this.
I have liked this series since the beginning and have seen it on youtube machinima in order to see it sooner then it ends up here. I love the comical nature of the characters and not just that but the comedy of what multilayer is and what can happen on the other side of the line.
@tjardo: The man with the beard has the voice of a 12 years old since it is sort of supposed to be like everybody in the game room is talking over TS or Skype. The result is the voice does not match the avatar but instead the player. He probably sounds like 12 years old since youdamorphus is 12 years old but his avatar is older.
You might have something here. It's not a new idea but there are always remakes of every idea. What you need to include is more color alternation. Total speed being calculated by a person is important. There is one part that is straight down which you need to do slowly in order to stop in time before making impact so having some sort of color change would makeit more calculable by the user. Also try to incorperate some more flashy graphics as people usually like that sort of thing.
O.K. it becomes harder and harder to work out where New grounds artists find there inspiration and a obese cat in Japan sort of takes that to a brand new level. However that isn't to say this isn't a great game. following the same lines of a simple game show drop game it is just great to play both visually and strategically. Congrats I hope to see something bigger in your future.
Im sry the game is too short and well too easy. Also the ending to be continued is unrewarding. Before submitting again extend the game and make it more challenging.
Ok from what I can tell from people in order to keep the bolder away you have to get the k bar full so people can finally stop complaining I think I should say that.
I like the idea of the game it brings you to the correct era and has a similar style to asteroids except advanced a bit more (they shoot back). It feels old school which is a part that I like though it has some new ideas like power ups so it keeps to today's expectations. Congratulations this is one of the few submissions that I cant find any way to improve on it.
